Although we can customize any type of college tour depending upon the needs of each school, we provide sample itineraries for popular versions of our tours that we have run before in each destination. You can request a quote for this exact tour, add or subtract a day, and change out any colleges or activities listed. Alternatively send us an email telling us a little about your school demographics (or include a school profile) and we'll design a tour that we think is a good fit for you.

• Ground transportation during the tour
• All meals (except lunch on our UK tour)
• Accommodations (suite-style triple occupancy hotels on US tours, luxury hostel on UK tour)
• College tours and information sessions
• Activities and sightseeing including all entrance fees
• Workbook for each tour participant
• CXT tour leader
• One complimentary chaperone of your choosing per ten paid student participants
• Taxes and gratuities

In an effort to provide transparency in an industry that often does not, we provide starting prices for our sample tours listed. This price is based upon a minimum enrollment of 40 students and does not include airfare, or charter bus transportation from more than 3 hours away from the tour starting point. When you request a quote we can provide exact pricing based upon the tour you have selected and the anticipated number of student participants.

We invite one chaperone of your choosing to join the tour free of charge for every ten paid student participants. Chaperones will receive a single hotel room and all tour inclusions.
