Why CXT?
You know how important it is that students visit colleges. You stress it over and over again in individual student meetings and school-wide presentations. However, some students just aren't able to visit. It could be that their parents are too busy to take them, their parents don't want to tour colleges, or that visiting for an entire family is cost-prohibitive. You'd love to offer a college tour for your students but don't want to deal with the multitude of logistics that go into planning one. College Exploration Tours is your answer. Let us take care of accommodations, meals, activities, transportation and all college reservations. You just show up with your students!

What We Do On Each Campus
We typically tour two colleges per day and spend approximately three hours at each campus we visit. Although there are sometimes exceptions, we try to include the following at each college we visit:

What Our Tours Include
Although we are willing to customize any aspect of our tours to meet a schools individual preferences, our standard tours are first-class and include the following:

Accommodations
We always stay at name-brand suite-style hotels (such as Springhill Suites by Marriott, Hyatt Place, and Embassy Suites) easily accessible to the colleges and universities that we will visit. Three students share each suite, every student having their own bed (there are usually two double beds and a pullout sofa-bed). The spacious two-room suites have free Wi-Fi, televisions, a work area, refrigerator, and microwave and provide a comfortable night's sleep for our busy days.
Meals
Three meals per day are included in the tour price--so nobody will go hungry! There will always be a ton of options and we can accommodate any dietary needs or picky eaters. Breakfasts are usually in our hotel, lunches in campus dining halls, and dinners either in dining halls or popular local restaurants.
Activities
Each evening we have planned group activities to relax and let loose after a busy day as well as learn more about the area you might spend four years of college in. Our activities are sometimes active, sometimes cultural, but always fun and a great chance to experience the area we are in as well as bond as a group.
Transportation
We maintain a network of the safest, most reliable bus companies in all areas of the US and abroad. Our buses are always newer-model, air-conditioned vehicles with bathrooms on board. Some drivers we have been working with for over ten years!
